- Offer education on psychedelic medicines, harm reduction, and integration practices
- Hold retreats and immersions internationally in jurisdictions where psychedelic work is legally protected and culturally sanctioned

It is the sole responsibility of each individual to be aware of and comply with the laws regarding psychedelics in their location of residence and travel. Embody Integrative Solutions, LLC and its representatives do not advise, facilitate, or encourage the illegal use of any substance.
International retreats and immersions are held only in jurisdictions where the work is legally protected. Participation requires compliance with the laws of the host country.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Psychedelic-Specific Disclaimer.
XII. No Guarantees Disclaimer
The work we offer is exploratory, experiential, and individually unfolding. We cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, breakthroughs, or healing experiences.
Results vary by individual and depend on factors including but not limited to: your readiness, history, nervous system capacity, willingness to engage, life circumstances, and what wants to emerge in any given moment.
Testimonials, case studies, and personal stories shared by previous clients and trainees reflect their specific experiences and do not constitute guarantees of similar outcomes for others.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:
- No specific outcomes have been promised or implied
- Healing and skill development are non-linear and uniquely personal
- You are responsible for your own integration and application of what arises in the work
- The work may bring up unexpected experiences, emotions, or material
- You assume all risk and responsibility for your participation
XIII. Practitioner Training Programs
Embody Integrative Solutions, LLC offers practitioner training programs, including but not limited to Radical Space Holding cohorts, immersions, mentorship programs, and continuing education offerings. The following terms apply to all practitioner training participation, in addition to the other terms in this document.
Nature of Training
Our practitioner training programs are educational and developmental in nature. They are designed to deepen capacity for relational presence, trauma-aware space holding, ethical attunement, and sovereignty-centered practice. They do not constitute licensure, accreditation, or certification in psychotherapy, counseling, medicine, or any state-regulated profession.
Completion of any of our trainings does not authorize you to:
- Practice psychotherapy, counseling, or any licensed mental health discipline
- Represent yourself as a licensed clinician, medical professional, or therapist
- Diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any condition
- Administer or facilitate the use of controlled substances within the United States or any other jurisdiction where their use is illegal
Acceptance and Enrollment
Acceptance into any practitioner training is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline enrollment, defer participation, or remove a participant from a cohort if alignment, readiness, or ethical fit is not present.
Use of Name, Frameworks, and Method
Radical Space Holding, The EMBODY Method, Radical Relating, Sacred Mirror Work, and all related frameworks, materials, and methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Embody Integrative Solutions, LLC.
Completion of a training does not grant you the right to:
- Teach, lead, or facilitate any of our trainings under our names or framework labels
- Represent yourself as a trainer, teacher, or authorized facilitator of our methods
- Reproduce, distribute, license, or commercially adapt our training materials
- Use our brand names, logos, or proprietary language to market your own services
You may reference your participation and completion of our trainings in your own bio and marketing materials in a factual and accurate way. You may not claim certification, endorsement, or authorization beyond what has been explicitly granted to you in writing.
Specific licensing terms for teaching or facilitating any of our frameworks are subject to separate written agreement.
Peer Confidentiality Within Training
Practitioner training is held in cohort containers where participants share their own life experiences, practice with one another, and explore their own relational material. The confidentiality agreement in Section XV applies in full force to all training participation.
What is shared by a fellow trainee, including their personal history, practice attempts, struggles, and growth edges, stays within the cohort container. You may not disclose another trainee’s identifying information, content, or participation outside the container, during or after the training, without their explicit consent.
Ethical Conduct During and After Training
By enrolling in any practitioner training, you agree to uphold the following standards during and after the program:
- Hold the confidentiality of fellow trainees, facilitators, and any humans whose stories are referenced in training settings
- Engage in good faith with the material, the cohort, and the work being asked of you
- Refrain from using training spaces to recruit, sell to, or solicit fellow trainees without our prior written consent
- Conduct your own practice with humans in an ethical, consensual, scope-appropriate manner
- Refrain from misrepresenting your training, certifications, or scope of practice
- Refrain from using our names, frameworks, or materials in any way that violates the intellectual property terms in Section V and this Section XIII
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a training, without refund, for conduct inconsistent with these standards. Where appropriate, we may also revoke any references, endorsements, or completion acknowledgments previously issued.
Liability and Insurance
You are solely responsible for your own practice with humans, including but not limited to obtaining any required professional liability insurance, complying with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding scope of practice, and maintaining your own ethical standards.
Participation in our training does not place us in a supervisory, employer, or liability-sharing relationship with you regarding your work with humans outside our programs. Section XX (Indemnification) and Section XXI (Limitation of Liability) apply in full to your participation in any practitioner training.
Continuing Relationship
Graduation from a practitioner training does not constitute an ongoing endorsement, partnership, or referral relationship. We may, at our discretion, refer humans to specific graduates, list graduates in a directory, or develop ongoing mentorship arrangements. Any such relationship is governed by separate written agreement.
XIV. Recording, Photo, and Audio Policy
Sessions
Individual sessions are not recorded unless both you and Miranda agree to recording in advance, and the purpose of the recording has been clearly established.
Group Settings, Retreats, Immersions, and Trainings
Some retreats, immersions, practitioner trainings, and group programs may be photographed or recorded for educational, marketing, or archival purposes. When this occurs:
- You will be informed in advance
- Your written consent will be obtained before any images, video, or audio that identifies you are used publicly
- You may opt out of being recorded at any time without affecting your participation
- Group photos may be taken without identifying focus on individual participants
Participant Recording
You may not record sessions, group discussions, retreats, immersions, or trainings without the explicit prior consent of Miranda and all other participants present. This protects the confidentiality and depth of the work for everyone involved.
Use of Recorded Material
If you provide written consent for your image, voice, or story to be used, we will honor the specific terms of that consent. You may revoke consent for future use of your material at any time by contacting miranda@embodyintegrativesolutions.com.
XV. Group, Retreat, and Training Confidentiality Agreement
When you participate in any group offering, including retreats, immersions, practitioner trainings, cohorts, group programs, or community spaces such as The Underground Sanctuary, you agree to honor the confidentiality of all other participants.
What This Means
- What is shared in the group stays in the group. You will not share another participant’s stories, vulnerabilities, struggles, or shared content with anyone outside the container.
- You may share your own experience at your discretion, but you may not identify others, share their words, or disclose their participation without their explicit consent.
- Group confidentiality extends beyond the program. The agreement does not expire when the retreat, training, or program ends.
Why This Matters
Trust within group containers depends on every participant honoring this agreement. Violations damage not only individual humans but the integrity of the entire space and our ability to hold deep, safe work going forward.
Consequences of Violation
Violations of group confidentiality may result in:
- Immediate removal from the program without refund
- Denial of future participation in our offerings
- Legal action where significant harm has occurred
By participating in any group offering, you affirm your commitment to upholding this confidentiality agreement.
XVI. Testimonials and Reviews
Testimonials shared on our websites are real reviews from real humans who have engaged our services. They are shared with explicit permission, anonymized where appropriate, or sourced from publicly accessible review platforms such as Google.
Results vary by individual. Testimonials reflect specific personal experiences and do not constitute guarantees of similar outcomes for others.
We maintain documented photo and testimonial consent procedures and respect the privacy of all clients and trainees.
If you wish to revoke consent for a previously shared testimonial, please contact miranda@embodyintegrativesolutions.com and we will remove it within 30 days.
